The first and the fifteenth of the each month are days marked on my calendar. Why you ask? Pay day? Nope.. It’s handicap revision day!

Today is the day I get that email informing me which direction my game is headed. Generally I have a pretty good idea of what it’s going to say. I only had one score to post in the last two weeks — a 76 at Overbrook Country Club. I thought it would remain at 3.3 on the dot but, to my pleasant surprise, that one score was enough to drop it by a tenth of a point.
I know! A whole tenth of a point! At this rate I’ll reach my goal by the time my 2 year old graduates college.
But hey, I’ll take 3.2 over 3.3 any day! Progress is progress.
Should be able to get out tomorrow. Watch out 3.1. You’re next.
